maurocarli 0 Posted October 31, 2009 An image open to many interpretations, capable of evoking different memories, different moods, different atmospheres... what I see is two icons: one of a recent past, a strong positive symbol, something which I'm deeply connected to, since my mother's yellow Cinquecento has been the car of my childhood; the other belonging to an older past - and its moods, when a photograph was an important event for a neighbourhood. A window on two different moments of history, one represented in a warm deep bright red, the other in a greysh shade of blue.. my mind continues to make connections.... Link to comment

stephan dietrich 0 Posted March 6, 2010 Old to new... and classic transition and contrast... What a great visual and as always, you seem to find vibrant colors. Looks as if the people in the old image are looking into the future. Great work Ruud! Link to comment
