This is very startling and effective, and I agree with much of what has been said about it. The sequence from youth to adulthood is a great theme, and you have demonstrated it beautifully. HOWEVER... There is something that looks like a blur halo around two of the heads. The child at rear looks as though some sort of texture bled onto his face, and his left arm and hand appear positively mummified.

Yes, I second Les' thoughts in everything he said. However, I think the color version is a bit bland, and you rightfully chose to work on it. I would work on it some more, as I think this is a tremendously attractive image. Good luck.

Marvelous presentation of three different age points, Kaushik. The interaction of shadows and light is very pleasant also, as so many others have pointed out.

Very interesting to see how you dealt with this. It is a commendable effort and I appreciate the result, even if possibly some little points could indeed be looked at again.

Very rare to see a portrait aligned in this manner. I enjoyed examining this shot, thank you.

Kaushik, superb rendition,Composition, tone and exposure are very good.Somehow, it reminds me of evolution of man-naked childhood to adulthood. Like their natural expressions.

The expression on the middle subject is what grabbed my eye. He seems to literally be in the middle of life's trajectory. The older man has experienced some things yet to be for the two behind. Yet, the downward glance of middle subject suggest to me that he too has had experience beyond his years. The little fellow in rear is innocent and protected. Very beautiful light and portrait.
