Good exsposure but I think you need to work on the composition a bit. I would suggest getting the camera more right so she's looking more into the picture a much smaller space from the back of the frame to her back. I think she should have more green background not be on the edge of the change and you should get the background more out of focus. F4 or 2.8 at 200mm would be a suggestion. Maybe a touch more head room. Very good looking model.
