tom l 0 Posted January 20, 2003 First try at colorizing a b + w print via software. Any suggestions? Thanks. Tom Link to comment
gary_bailey1 0 Posted January 21, 2003 and that struck me more than the colouring. Intially I thought it was colour turned greyscale, but after reading the caption it becomes obvious it's the other way round. It certainly doesn't distract from the images as it is clearly meant to be a little abstact anyway. Good striking image. Like it. Link to comment
lash 0 Posted January 24, 2003 The colouring's good. So's the idea of having foreground bits jump out of the canvas. Try this kind of thing again with an original image that lets you have whole limbs (or whatever else) extending beyond the canvas. Link to comment
mike_sea 0 Posted February 5, 2003 Witht he exception of the cioloured ball, I like what you have done here. I could suggest a little more outside frame stuff on the upper rigth hand side to add balance but nice interpretation. Mike Sea Link to comment
sherwinjames 0 Posted March 28, 2006 Tom, Good work with this one. The coloring is subtle enough so as not to be a distraction. I am more impressed with the position of the players - good capture. The partial framing is nice, but not the star of this shot. Number 12's head against the pure white background makes it look a bit unatural. But overall the shot is good. Link to comment
