harryjacksonjr 0 Posted January 7, 2010 Have a cigar, gunslinger. That is one terrific shot. I don't agree with the comments about harsh light. It's not like Yogi and Jaws were going to stop and let you run a light meter over the scene before you shot. This shows masterful anticipation and a great eye. The high contrast makes the salmon a perfect form; then there's the yellow teeth, the tongue pulled back; the bear's unconcerned, matter-of-fact eyes ... even the shape of pieces of the rushing water ... The subject matter and composition makes everything else secondary. I'd hang this one on my walk really big. h Link to comment
