Boy, this is such a timeless image. I really like the delicate sky and the contrast between the fence posts and the trees.

I don't know the process but I really like the results. I usually see the world in rectangles, but I like the square here. I'm curious about the few "marks" above the left tree (and maybe also in the upper right corner): are these inherent in the process or something that one should try to avoid?

Thank you for your nice comments.

Being a "wet" photographer, I am not too familiar with scans and computer...

I must admit that my technique is quite poor in this field.

So, to answer the question, the "few marks" are not present on the print fortunately.

I think cloning out one of the trees to add more meaning and composition represents an attitude that is shared by some but certainly not universally, and certainly not by me (even if I understood how that action would enhance "meaning.")
