Very, very nice composition! Well thought out! With the diagonal line of the shadow, and a bouncing ball as a counterpunkt to the boys head. I like it a lot!

Striking image, what if the detail top left and top wasn't there?

Louis, I liked the top left corner because it was round and went well with the boys head and the ball. I don't do too much work in photoshop except for color correction, it would be interesting to see if cropping it tighter would help the image, I'll try when I return home. And thanks to everyone who rated the photo, seems I finally got a winner.

Very original! i love this composition, the bouncing ball and his head makes a very funny poit of view!

Wow, usually I don't like fisheye styly pictures. But this one doesn't look that fashioned and over-seen. The child's face look like an angel. He looks like saying "Ok, i'm still small... but someday I'll get bigger. I'll wait..."

I like your images very much and this one really caught my eye. The odd look given the child by the wide angle, the high contrast and the ball caught mid air create a wonderfully bizarre appeal.

The glitch is the busy left side, and that could easily be cropped and/or removed by cloning and darkening it.

But I REALLY like the look!!
