Her face and the fur around it are very well photographed. A tighter vertical rectangular cropping might work better than the square one you've used. I'm not sure if the hand really does anything for me. I've attached a file to help illustrate what I mean.

Beautiful model... low angle and overcast lighting brings out the awesome textures in the photo, great shot. I agree with Vicki.. cropping as she did makes it a much stronger photograph..

I like the original cropping best and it is what compelled me to view the image in the first place. I really like the hand being visiable because it give teh image a more candid and truthful feel.
