This is my favorite in a series of photos of my son I shot one day as

he stood in front of a white door with sunlight behind him coming

from the window above his head. I overexposed this shot to get this

image that's one of my favorites.

Really nice portrait, great subject & I love the expression. Your depth of field, IMO, could have been a little greater so as not to soften his left eye, but perhaps that was at the expense of shutter speed. Also, while I like the high key look as well, I think the left side of his face is a little too hot. Maybe it's my monitor, but I can't see the separation between his face & the wall.

Finally, why is it that most little boys have such long, beautiful lashes..:)?
