Elgol Wraith

ian cameron

It was not the nicest of April days out at Elgol and in fact its raining, but the soft drizzle and stormy twilight seems an ideal way to portray the rough and wild coastline of this magnificent beach with its backdrop of the jagged Cuillin ridge. Under this incredibly soft purple light the colour of the stones can clearly be seen and with the tide rising at an alarming rate the frothing sea becomes wraith like.NEW!! Lovely image Ian. The subdued lighting, and colors create a delightful atmosphere. Nice work.

As always, the best quality photographs can be expected from you. I like purple tint of the photograph, but the most impressive part are rocks looking rather like lying in misty fog than in rough water. Regards
