solja 0 Posted January 14, 2003 This kind of lends creedence to the notion that cats don't have owners, they have staff! I shot this using a Vivitar 550 on my EL2 body - what do you think of the composure? Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 15, 2003 trying time and other to catch my cats i know how it is difficult to do something ok. So I appreciate very much the quality of your picture. It was a good timing ,and the picture have much legibility. Material are good with details.Greys are goods too. I tried to cropt the left size that i first found not useful, but it destroyed the balance. So you are right.you could do 1,5 degree rotation ACW to have horizontal Link to comment
solja 0 Posted January 15, 2003 Thanks to everyone who's commented!pingu, thanks for the kind words - yes, it was difficult to catch this moment. Out of 24 frames, this was the only one where I caught both the dog and the cat being still! The dog would chase the cat, the cat would chase the dog - the other 23 frames are just a mess. Also, I just noticed the slight tilt this morning - I will rotate it tonight to level it out a bit. Thanks again! Link to comment
vincetylor 0 Posted January 16, 2003 Excellent capture! This is also composed very nicely. The ball gives this a nice added touch. Good eye! Link to comment
rajiv1 0 Posted January 17, 2003 That is a rare one :) I guess the pic sould be better if shot from a different angle. As is, not much details is discernable. cheers Link to comment
solja 0 Posted January 17, 2003 Rajiv: agreed. I think if I were a little more to the left and had the dog at more of a discernable angle, it would have improved the shot. Next time, next time... Link to comment
jheimsch 0 Posted January 24, 2003 I really like the juxta-position (spelling ?) of the cat and dog in position and attitude that I percieve when looking at this picture. Cat seems pissed off, dog seems to me to be saying something like "Come on Frank lets play with this ball, what do you say?" Comes off really cute. Link to comment
