robwilson 0 Posted September 27, 2009 Hello Michael, Before I start, I want to say that you are one of my three favourite landscape photographers on here (along with Ian Cameron and Simon Butterworth). However, this one is not in any way the same standard as the vast majority of your pictures. The truth is, I find this picture a bit dull and uncomfortable to view. The elements simply don't combine for me - my eyes feel like they are being pulled from the bottom right to the top left and back, rather than being gently led. Truthfully, I feel rather sacrilegious leaving this comment, but I hope you prefer the truth (from my perspective) rather than just fawning. So in the end, I feel that you are a top class landscape photographer (whose work I would happily hang on my wall), but not this one. All the best, Rob Link to comment
