I love the warmth in this shot. The rich tones... Just the right amount of post-processing. I'm impressed with the crisp focus as well. Nice shot. I just posted a mushroom shot...I thought I'd have the market cornered on that today!

I can see Marsel's point of view, and it would look nice with a more shallow DOF. But I like this version too. It's kind of neat seeing the messy forest floor that provides the perfect context for these mushrooms, which you've done a brilliant job in shooting.....great color and clarity!

Thanks Christal! i liked the messy floor as well, although at the time I didn't really consider it either way. I was just shooting lots of shots at different settings to see what I could come up with.
