sethwatkins 0 Posted September 7, 2009 Postwar America produced cars with curves and flowing lines which to me always suggested fertility and pregnancy. My favorite example was the Nash made in the late forties and early fifties. Almost comically gravid, it also featured a full fold down bed inside! I wonder how many people my age were conceived in one. The phallic demon comes from a park in Japan. Thanks for looking at my images and for your ideas, comments and suggestions, seth Link to comment
raybrizzi 0 Posted September 8, 2009 Good point, hence the overflowing abundance of us baby boomers. My '63 Rambler Ambassador, descendant of the Nashes, also had fold down front seats that fit flush with the back seats if you pushed them up. That is one strange image! Link to comment
