Have you tried cropping the bottom of the water? Try losing the water from where the orage reflection ends... about half of the water you've got showing. This will give the shot more drama as a sunset/dusk time frame. It will also provide a 1/3:2/3 ratio, as now it looks more 1/2:1/2. Colors are great, the sharpness is too.
