david_l._forney 0 Posted September 3, 2009 Daivd, If you come to Pittsburgh, I'll give you a tour of the Andy Warhol Museum where a lot of his art and other things are on display. Nice car, by the way. David Link to comment
life-in-perspective 0 Posted September 4, 2009 What a beautiful work- and the time is astonishing. Without great mastery and control over the medium- one can not do such a job. Best regards. Link to comment

dara 0 Posted September 8, 2009 Hi David, very interesting and beautiful. Nicely done for colors, lighting and perspective (the way you shot the car). Excellent presentation and processing. A coincidence in a way, as a few nights ago they where talking about this car and Warhol's work on it on German Television. The "M" stands for a special performance engine that are made by BMW's sister company Alpina. These cars were traditionally made by farmers in the state of Bavaria or Bayern hence the letters BMW or "Bayerische Motoren Werke AG" or translated from german.... Bavarian Motor Works. The badge is a sign of a moving propeller at high velocity as they were originally Aircraft engine manufacturers.....Best regards. Dara Link to comment
