Wonderful natural lighting and B&W tones and textures...the background is a bit distracting, but overall a nice effort.

I think the background is indeed a bit distracting...I knew there was something about this that wasn't working. I think the background together with her shirt is too busy. One or the other should have been simplified.

Very nice model and overall a nice effect. I would recommend bringing the crop up on the bottom just a bit. The horizontal railing look like extensions of her arms. Very nice effort. David

I missed the "arm extensions". I'll have to fix that, thanks...

 

Besides, the picture has a "long" look to me so I was thinking a more head-and-shoulders cropping would be in order anyway...
