This is the best I could come up with for this. Just wait till you see what I have in mind for the Male to Female version. Let me know if you have any other ideas.

extention tube, lighting was fluorescent shop light for fill and flashlight for key light. I used a long ( 1 to 2 sec.) exposure and moved the flashlight around to soften the shadows.
