Wonderful - I love it. There are probably two or three versions possible with this image and here is one that I saw - no claim it is better - just two photographers exchanging ideas.

And I do believe it needs cropping, but not to the extent of Tom's, he cut the 'circles of confusion' out, as they are called, that need to be there to balance the image, the droplets. Notice you eye no longer moves around the image, once the circles are eliminated. That's not good, we want eye movement, that means no staticness, which means our eye will stay longer in the artwork!!! And that's a good thing, right? What would you rather have, someone look at your art for four seconds, or fourteen?

The proper place, as now you eye goes 'out the top' with so much showing, is to cut the top 2/3rds of the top left bubble. Take and scroll the image down by moving the scroll bar to accomplish this right now, I don't need to download and upload to show you this. Notice you eye will now go back and forth, top to bottom, pretty consistently, and NOT get locked in to any one place, nor 'ESCAPE' (go out the top).

It takes a while to master noticing how your eye works, we use our brains to interpret these things, and our hearts, big mistake- pay attention to 'your eye' only- and notice, it has it's own brain. To show you this, try NOT looking at the rain drops while looking at the image, bet you can't, even if you tell your eye not to go there- SEE! ;/).

I love this, the color is rich and full, I love how the out of focus circles in the upper left balance the in focus droplets on the bottom right.  You might crop a *tiny* bit out of the top and bottom, but I wouldn't crop the circles, they add balance. I really love the very thin slice of focus, it's perfectly placed!
Congratulations, great job!

It is beautiful and peaceful to look at. I've never paid much attention to bokeh but in this instance the circular shaped highlights (as opposed to hexagonal) in the near distance add a nice soft effect. The color really catches the eye.
