sumon_mukherjee 0 Posted August 22, 2009 It's a beautifully dynamic shot. An artistically created reflection of light and shade. A real thoughtful selection of a caption for an emotionally charged photograph. Best regards. Link to comment

adan1 0 Posted August 22, 2009 Excellent capture. Live stage photography must be one of the most challenging genres because of its fleeting nature. The emotions are raw and poignantly illustrated in this composition. The ars holding the main character carry visual strength. Even if you crop the faces out and just show the arms the message would be evidently clear. Link to comment

Donna Stavis 0 Posted August 22, 2009 David, I partially agree with what Adan has written, as I hid the faces from my view: the arms do bind her so completely, telling a story, but her face screaming, and the face of the woman looking up, add a continuation to the action of the arms. Theatrical, of course, but a real effective blink of the eye of anguish . Link to comment

rogerleekam 0 Posted August 22, 2009 David, extremely dramatic composition, enhanced by the stark light and color. I very much like the movement of the figures, especially the screaming attitude of the middle one. Link to comment
