About 45 minutes after a summer sunset which didn't really amount to much I was just packing up to go when I saw the twilight blue reflecting off the wave sculpted sandstone edifice at the end of the cove. The depth of colour was superb and the sea rolled against the ledge with some force which I calculated would give some misty blurring over shiny round pebbles.New!! Transient Light website launch date imminent.

The deep blue light at twilight is emphasised by the reciprocity of the

film as the sea crashes against the sandstone edifice at Cove Bay.

Great composition, and the soft blue on the rounded rocks is wonderful. Film reciprocity can add a lot to an image, as it has done here.

The long exposure is perfect and the small aperture gave clarity and sharpness to the DOF.Brilliant work Ian.Regards
