lliebl 5 Posted August 21, 2009 Interesting in it's simple yet complex statement ----lighting is almost the mystery element here------leaving an open invitation to speculation as you often do. Allegorical perhaps? I like it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~L Link to comment

wieslawmamon 0 Posted August 22, 2009 it's a nice reminder what a photography is all about and a great example how light creates mood, what looks like a chilly, gloomy place, thanks to delicate light becomes nearly an oasis of warmth and optimism. Best regards -wm Link to comment

adan1 0 Posted August 23, 2009 To me this seemed like the manifestation of three ghostly apparitions. Nice work as usual. Link to comment

celasun 0 Posted August 25, 2009 I (whatever that entity might be) see a singing ghost who seems to be happy. As far as I know, it is really difficult to record spirits of this sort... Link to comment

susan stone 0 Posted August 27, 2009 Nice piece of "Art", when I first saw the thumbnail I thought it was raining light on a dusty hill....so abstract so nice. The simplicity of the composition and the "magical" light keep my creative eye busy wandering this desolate "landscape". Interesting that this was in your "....August" folder, it has a seasonal Fall feel to it as if the summer light is waning. Actually Fall is my favorite season and not just for all the beautiful color but I think I relate to the nostalgia of another year winding down and getting ready to hibernate. Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted August 27, 2009 Thanks. I like how the quality of light changes throughout the year, not only is it seasonal but it seems to change from place to place, country to country. The light in Hawaii is as golden as pineapples; in San Francisco it's as crisp as Chardonay. Link to comment
janc 0 Posted September 3, 2009 Hola Jack. Your eye has no end, this shot is a wonderful example of it with that bluish light over the rusty like botom. Wonder of light in essence. Abrazos. Link to comment
