Very Audrey Hepburn. Lovely woman in a lovely Little Black Dress. I would burn out all the detail in the background to white.

Tanja is a very pretty girl. Her skin tone is really quite nice. Her make-up looks well applied.

 

You do not want to have your subject turned 90 degrees to the camera. This makes the head look unsupported. It usually looks best to angle your subject somewhere around 45 degrees.

 

Les is right about the background. It looks a little dirty and scratched. You should probably take it to white.

 

Be careful of split profiles. You do not want the tip of her nose to come close to touching the far cheek line. You want to make sure the far eye is either completely showing or not showing at all. You do not want to have the bridge of her nose cut her far eye. If not making eye contact with the camera (viewer), the eyes should follow the line of the nose. It appears she is looking somewhere between the camera and the line of her nose. Thoughtful or reflective posing works well in a storytelling portrait, but this is not a storytelling portrait.

 

Her eyes look half closed. This may be why the catch light in her left eye looks odd. It is right in the middle of her pupil.

 

Your subject should have more room in front of her than behind. This allows her to be facing into the picture, not out of it. You want to compositionally balance the left and right sides of the photograph. The compositional "rule" for this suggests that you position the tip of the subject's nose in the vertical center of the photograph.

 

Make sure you focus carefully on her eyes. They do not look like they are in critical focus. They could be sharper.
