i like the light in background(that not alterete the deteils on her face and head), nice B&W, pose, clear expression on her face and hair. Well done..!

Tanja is a very pretty girl. You have focused well on her eyes. She has very good eye contact with the camera (viewer). I like the lighting very much. The background and her nightgown go very well together. Tanja is well separated from the background. The composition is very good.

I am not sure I like the way she is leaning towards the camera. I think she would look more feminine and graceful if her body was turned more at an angle to the camera and she was leaning so much.

She really needs catch lights in her eyes to bring them alive. I could do without the bow in her hair. You do not want to crop at a joint (her wrist). It makes her look like an amputee. The cropping at the bottom is really quite awkward.
