adan1 0 Posted August 16, 2009 When I look at this the first impression I get is that of an assemblage of rectangular shapes each holding its own intriguing message and vying for attention. You managed to capture a fascinating glimpse of everyday life in the big city, with its sense of anonymity and isolation. In here, everyone is a number yet despite that we find something oddly fascinating about how the characters deal with their anonymity. The lady on the left hides behind dark glasses while the man closes his eyes and the other lady standing looks the other way. The "hole" on the flag is an intriguing touch and on the left side of the composition we see what appears to be a person either entering or exiting the train. Link to comment

laurentlacoste 0 Posted August 17, 2009 Apart from its meaning and author's intentions, I also particularly like the dark and heavy treatment given here. Those copper-like tones and color are a beauty. Link to comment
ingermargrete 0 Posted August 24, 2009 I really like this style - the light, colors and treatment are all great, the image has interesting details - very much art it is! Great. Link to comment
AJHingel 127 Posted March 7, 2010 I have not read the comments above and have not been here before, but you are obviously good. You have the eye and a marvelous use of colors, this one being a very good example. The colors here are treated with caution and without strong saturation as we too often see it. The black vertical separation create a sense of tension that make us look twice at the two persons in the train. The title invite us inside in the "casino" but without knowing what to expect. That's what online casinos are for after all. All well done JeffS. Link to comment
