Rajat, very good composition and colours. But the two earth-movers at the background are causing distraction.

Thank you. The gathering is of the ladies in the foreground and the earthmovers at the back... and perhaps the birds on the intervening wall.

Blur the background or crop tighter. The heavy equipment is distracting.

Thank you for your constructive suggestion. I can easily blur the background in post-processing but that would not be the composition I had in mind. Let us see if other critiquers offer any opinions on this matter...

Very interesting minus those behemoths in the BG. One can keep on staring endlessly at those expressions. Nice work.

Ok, The trucks in the background may be a distraction but this is a street shot and as such cannot always be staged to perfection. To crop the top half of the shot off may I feel lose the context of which the shot was taken. You have captured a moment in time admirably.
