lissahatcher 0 Posted January 5, 2003 "and he walks alone" he seams drifting and sad .You caught a feeling without so much as a face ,I myself find that to be difficult . I love the mood , just enough of the back ground to tell the story ...I do wonder what he is walking towards I dont know if that is good or bad . The detail is great also ...A+ Link to comment
camilla_cherry 0 Posted January 5, 2003 One can almost feel how he´s struggling out there that cold winter day... It´s a fantastic shot. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted January 6, 2003 Bravo Morey, it seems to me standing in the snow.. Congratulation for your Italian, Napolitan heritage ? Valter Link to comment
allan wallberg 0 Posted January 6, 2003 This is a really good shot, the subject and the background is very nice caught. It is hard times even for a big moose, in this type of winter wheather. very well done. Link to comment
1000wordsphotography 0 Posted January 7, 2003 I love the position, the way he seems to be leaning into the snow drift and the grass is blowing all around. Though the subject is centered, it really works here. Just how close were you? Link to comment
j_c 0 Posted January 7, 2003 This is the very animal I have spent all summer trying to get on film. Congrates !! I got one cow and that was it !!! YOu have a real dynamite shot here. Looks like a painting. Save allot of copies of the file. Just great.. Wish it was mine. Link to comment
fred_j._lord 0 Posted January 7, 2003 Morey: This is wonderful!!! My wife would kill for a image like this one! She's an ardent moose fan and we have moose images all over the house in Frisco. I left you a message at home, I hope. I tried what I thought was your cell number and it wasn't. A wonderful, wonderful image!!! Link to comment
nikosxentes 0 Posted January 8, 2003 Wonderful picture Morey. Also I found your folders very interesting, the most of the pix are excellent. Link to comment
Jerry Beecham 0 Posted January 8, 2003 Winter is wonderful to watch from inside my warm study! This is a beautiful picture. Having been to Jackson Hole in the winter, I know how harsh it can be for the moose AND the photographer. Link to comment
mg 0 Posted January 8, 2003 Honestly, I'd prefer to see the face than the backside...:-)) But the contrast and details are so magnifiscent, that I'll still let go two 6s. Next time, just ask the beast to turn and smile... Link to comment
theblindphotographer 0 Posted January 10, 2003 Powerful shot of a beast fighting the elements. Link to comment

colin_mcsweeney 0 Posted January 11, 2003 It's one thing to be fortunate enough to be in the right spot at the right time, but....it takes a very special eye to compose this shot. BRAVO Link to comment
