Looks like a great start. I see a few too many elements fighting to be the hero in the image.

The main subject needs a little more separation. I like the wheat as elements as well, but the lines they draw in the frame with their stocks tends to make the photo a little messy.

Great photographic composition tends to be a process of subtraction. I love the sky in the background, I can see what it is and it doesn't detract from the flower, but I think the grasses/wheat is just a bit too much.

I hope that offers something for thought.
