aarkp 2 Posted July 26, 2009 a beautiful church, lovely country view, a very dynamic sky, nice framing with the boughs and leaves... a beautiful composition that is a bit marred by a bluish bias... am uploading an image tweaked in Lightroom... i've used the graduated filter to reduce exposure/brightness in the sky and at the bottom of the frame... the latter to introduce a subtler flow of light into the frame... and many tweaks of the various sliders to reduce the bluish cast while maintaining a light and color balance... to try and show you how it looks without the bluish cast... it is a little unfortunate that the boughs top left hide a good part of the roof of the church as it looks interesting... i must say it's an unusual church! tonycussen 0 Posted July 27, 2009 Many thanks for the comments. Rajat, I don't know where the bluish cast comes from. I did saturate the sky slightly but hat was done in a different layer so should not have affected the rest of the shot. I had not noticed it untill I saw your tweak. I have several shots of this church. I will upload one which better shows the roof. Regards Tony Link to comment
