danbliss 0 Posted July 25, 2009 I thought the back story on this might be mildly amusing. I was out taking our friend's portrait. He posed nicely for me. Anyway, I was sort of whistling as I was taking the photo. This seemed to draw his attention. At some point he started walking towards me, and I took several more photos. As he got closer, I lost the background composition, so I didn't like them as much. Anyway, as he walked toward me, I thought oh that's cool. As he continued to walk closer, I thought wow that's cool. As he walked even closer, I thought elk are kind of big critters. As he walked within several feet of me, I thought that's really close enough thank you. He just walked on by. I guess I made a new friend. Dan Link to comment
cromwell1664877587 0 Posted July 26, 2009 Beautiful shot, Dan. I really like the feel of this. I'm sure an elk didn't throw the mountain, but maybe it's his throne.:) Link to comment
