sunny_from_the_sunshine_st 0 Posted July 26, 2009 Michael, i appreciate your comments.As far as editing the picture , the only alteration has been slight sharpening and darkening using Elements.Having said that i did notice a slightly different hue to the original picture.I entirely shoot Nikon use Nikon glass, however this was shot with tokina wide angle lens borrowed from my brother who was traveling with me..I wonder if that had anything to do with it.I could post the original picture for comparison.~ Anis. jimgardner 0 Posted July 27, 2009 For the people who have not been at Nymph Lake, this is typical color for Colorado. I have been at this location many times and this is a true representation. The red pine trees are the result of the Pine Bark Beetle damage. They kill the trees and they turn red. Very good photo. 6/6 Jim Link to comment
