Exquisite images here. Although many of the shots don't look that original and several are similar enough I would have eliminated a couple just to hold interest overall this is an exceptional selection of top notch images.

All three recent uploads are superb -- but I think this is my favorite for the way it captures an incredibly instant. These cranes don't seem so much to landing as tumbling from the sky! Beautiful composition, exposure and focus!

Great capture, Gloria. With those legs they don't look at all like they're flying. Perhaps playing on a trampoline. :)

I really like this shot. What is really interesting is that the birds appear ready to land and each individual has their legs positioned somewhat differently. It makes for a very nice composition. (BTW: My passion is photographing birds of all types too.)
