Dale, well composed , good timing. The atmospher is well depicted with the singer's expression,tool and details . I like the backddrop with the second musician. Good light and feeling of the event.

This really draws you in. The psychedelic purple, the expression on Alex's face and the drummer in the background all put you into the scene. Great shot.

Nice composition and colors

Hey Alec, thanks a lot. My fave shot I had that day at that festival .... I'm hoping lightning strikes twice as I might have a chance to see him perform during Olympics 2010 next month.

Nice composition, you've got a nice feeling in the picture, the guitar becomes almost 3D. I like the colors in the background too.

Thanks a lot Tore - actually when I view it bigger, I feel almost immersed in the scene (I was front row right against the railings for this shot) which seems to jive with your feeling of a 3D effect - not entirely sure how I achieved the effect but I shot with a 30mm on my Rebel and I seem to recall leaning forward on the fence as much as I could and having the focal plane at a bit of an angle.

The colors and composition are compelling here.
