A wonderful and heart warming image! It brings so many things to mind: one's own children and family, the fact that humans offer care to their young for so long, the closeness of human relationships.... My only suggestion for improvement (and it is minor) is that I would consider cropping just below the baby's foot and would remove some of the hair at the top - I think it would tighten the importance of the faces.
