Thank you very much for your kind comments. I am not expert at HDR but it was quite dark already, and HDR helped even out the light. I encourage you, Marty, to experiment. There are various techniques you can use, and some compositions work better than others. So much to see, so little time!

I've seen some amazing HDR shots of wildlife. It's easy to overdo things but it's very fun to see the results even using a single exposure that can emulate a multiple exposure composite. Did you buy your super-glass yet? I had to replace the 16 mm lens I used for this set, it got stolen in Rome or by TSA on my return. It does make a difference having a good quality lens, though. You taught me that!
