Asienka is a very pretty girl. You have focused very well on her eyes. She has very good catch lights. Good eye contact with the camera (viewer). Love her cute expression. The background is nicely out of focused and she is well separated from it. You have cropped quite a bit into her hair which allows you to have a tight crop on the bottom.

The lighting is quite flat so there isn't much depth to the picture. The horizontal format is OK, but I don't see why you didn't shoot it vertically. If you want to keep it a horizontal, I would crop some off the left side of the picture to better compositionally balance the left and right sides. In a portrait the "rule" of thumb is to place the tip of the nose in the vertical center of the photograph.

I would lighten the picture just a bit to make the whites of her eyes a little more white. She could have a little darker lipstick on so that the tone of her lips isn't so close to the tone of her face. I would soften her skin a little to smooth out her complexion.

When you are this close to your subject, be careful of shooting a close-up of the face with a lens shorter than about 110 mm (film) or 170 mm (digital). Shorter lenses can make the nose appear excessively large -- foreshortening.
