pears

for me good atmosphere....

i tried to achieve a textural almost abstract feel. thanks for any

comments.

There is a very nice feel to this shot in the way you have treated the light and atmosphere. The texture created by the tones and lens fall off really work well here. My only criticism might be that the shot feels a bit too static to me. I have considered what it is that causes this feeling and I think it might be difficult to know without actually working the set. Things that came to mind are the angle of view, the placement of the background pear and whether a different offset between the pears might have improved this feeling. In any case, I like the treatment here but just feel that there could be a bit more visual rhythm than what exists.
