I like the effect and have been playing with the same timing a bit lately. I believe it gives a nice strong almost HDR appearance. A couple of things that I notice, and maybe it has more to do with the time of day, but it's cool to bring out the stars (at leats in my opinion). Also, there seems to be some sort of flair next to the umbrella pole? Maybe I'm wrong, either way I like this style and what you have here.
