waynemorgan 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Shot on tripod and manual settings. I could not get shutter speed slow enough to capture movement of the windmills that were turning. I guess I need to invest in another pair of sunglasses Link to comment
jim schwaiger 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Wayne, the polarizing glasses would take a stop or two. You could also buy some fairly cheap ND filters and handhold them in front of the lens. If the lens is small, you could even use the dark end of an ND grad filter which can be very useful with the type of photography you do. Link to comment
michael_ward1 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Good grief, I didn't know they grew those things on farms! And from the look of that farm they don't require much in the way of irrigation. Even better than darker sunglasses to increase the exposure time, you could try replacing the lens and instead use a cardboard with a pinhole poked right in the middle. I've met people who insisted that this produced better pictures than any lens made. Link to comment
fred_j._lord 0 Posted December 31, 2002 Wayne: This looks more like the other place. None of them have stock tanks so is this like the showroom where we can buy them or maybe it's a used windmill lot? I like the sky! Link to comment
