Tranquility

I was heading home after an overnight jaunt to find orchids, the clouds were moving as

a weather front passed through and this lonely tree appealed to me.

as it does to me. the sweeping shadow across the foreground compresses the focal point nicely. well done! airy and springy!

Steve, I absolutely love this shot.  Have you thought about darkening the blue sky by a factor of 1-2 stops; it may possibly bring out the yellow landscape? Again, this is a wonderful image.
