OK, I'm not really seeing a point of interest here. There are many elements in this shot with all the leaves, rocks, trees... But this is shot from eye level, and the path appears to end at the end of the shot. Try to identify a visual element to anchor your shot and work off that- for example, get close to one of the rocks near the path, and get lower to make the path appear larger and longer, and situate yourself so the path leads you somewhere rather than just abruptly ending. Good luck.

Thank you for your critique, you are right I was just walking down the path, not really paying any attention to the composition of the shot, though I still like it in an odd sort of way. Thank you for your helpful ideas to improve a shot like this. .....Sherle

I don't know...I kind of like it the way it is...I don't really see the path as ending, as I can see the curve at the lst rocks.....you would have had to have been a totally different position..way to the left in the woods to catch the curve in the path......I like how it seems to fade into the forest....lets my imagination take over...where would it take me...???? very well done....sincerely, Gail

Thank you very much Gail, like I said before I still like the photo. For some reason it still takes me to a magical place. .....Sherle
