Why are so many of your photos "taken on" Sept. 20?

Good photograph. Would it get better if you walked two steps to your left? The plant would be less distracting.

I would crop the left side just a bit. I know when these kinds of events happen, capturing them is hurried and you must be prepared. I think you did an excellent job.

you must have been shaking with the intensity of this happening right before you. an amazing shot. don't know if you intended this but to see nature at work in light of the satelite dish and antenna shows wonderful contrast. since that pesky palm reached out into this shot, why not get another one after they've rebuilt? jus' kiddin' actually, i kinda like the palm -- makes the shot less CNN-like -- more real.

How many pictures did you take on Sept. 20 this year? Must of filled up a ton of memory cards, hope you had a laptop handy!
