davidmalcolmson 0 Posted December 26, 2002 You've certainly made your point. Very clever! Would have been equally amusing with a thriller or kiss-and-tell expose. And it's technically very good. Link to comment
mg 0 Posted December 26, 2002 A lot better indeed. I like it pretty much now. Just a small detail. I would have liked all the fingers of that hand. All else is fine. Regards. Link to comment
scott bulger 0 Posted December 26, 2002 What bothers me the most about this is the way the edges of the book are not parallel to the frame and the way the head and shoulders are tipped. I think she is going to fall right over. Link to comment
lmcinnis37 0 Posted December 26, 2002 Piercing eyes react to the camera, not the book. Same shot with wide-eyed, downward look as if reacting to the printed word may be even more impressive. Just a thought. I like the tilt. A vertical parallel of book and borders would be too static IMHO. The tilt produces just enough tension to create interest. Link to comment
eileen_molony 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Fun shot, but thought provoking. The swirling of the hat net in contrast to the straight forward stare of the eyes, cool. Well concieved. Link to comment
manny 0 Posted January 14, 2003 Should be titled, "Eyes Wide Open!" Great shot. My eyes automatically went to her eyes... Then I saw the Eyes on the book... Fun! Nice composition... Link to comment
rjacksonphoto 0 Posted June 19, 2003 I have to agree that cropping improves the image. Well-executed. Did you try it with her eyes focused on the page as if she were reading? I'm guessing it wouldn't be as effective but might be worth a shot... Good job! Link to comment
