I like this rendition much better. The other view had her right eye hidden in dark shadow. Very pretty model.

She doesn't look very happy. I think the hat is disturbing her. Nostrils and chick are the focus of this composition as far as I can tell. The pensive look turned to be an almost angry one... Mmmm... Not a 7 for me, I'm affraid...

This looks static,unbalanced and with a forced pose. I don't think the cropping works at all. Doesn't lead my eye anywhere in particular. Looks as if she's getting instruction on the next pose, and this was a grabshot.

Better in the color department although still green; check under her bottem lip. I think you missed the boat with this young lady though. She appears to have quite a wonderful complexion under that harsh light. I would have done something with that.

this shot does not appear to me to be nearly as well composed as the other. to me, the subject appears bored, perhap even hurt. maybe she is upset at the weight of the hat we now see in full view or perhaps it is because her hair that framed her so beautifully before has been cropped so uncharitably. although this image may be more acceptable than the other to technical experts, remember that the french impressionists were considered crackpots by their contemporaries.
