Guest Guest Posted June 19, 2009 I simply like great landscapes - I don't care how they are made. For me there is no merit in the technique itself. Having said this, in this instance I prefer a warmer colour balance as can be obtained by auto colour balance in ps. But an art question is what is the main subject, the clouds or the waterline? In this case I think they compete. Maybe the winner would have been a panorama that minimised the heavy clouds and took advantage of the fantastic light and luminous green on the banks. richard_earl1 0 Posted July 3, 2009 It fascinates me. The moody tones lifted by delightful greens and yellows. My eye is drawn all over the picture. It can't find the center of interest - the "point." So... there's something "off." It sort of reminds me of those laser enhanced pics that were around a few years ago... but I'm unable to further clarify at this time. Link to comment
