Pretty girl -- Sharp focus -- Your lighting and her skin tones are very good -- You have done a wonderful job with the contrast (That could have presented a difficult problem with the light and dark areas) -- I really like her pose and expression -- It is an unusual outfit for this location, but I like it (It reminds me of an airline stewardess who is about to strip -- I don't remember for sure, but this might have been one of my fantasies when I was much younger).

 

I really like the way you have offset the smaller vertical lighted rectangle by moving it to the picture's right.

 

She would be in the perfect location if there was no lighted rectangle within your frame. The offset lighted rectangle within a rectangle becomes your picture (within your picture) -- You must balance your subject within the lighted rectangle -- This means she must move back so that see is looking into the smaller rectangle (The tip of her nose should be about vertically centered in the small rectangle.

 

Other than your compositional balance problem, I really like this photograph.
