robbie_hochreiter 0 Posted December 27, 2002 I agree the colors are very rich. There is a distracting blur on the left around the shadow otherwise I like this picture. Link to comment
jason_page 0 Posted December 27, 2002 Love the colors, good content. I noticed the blur, too, before I read the comment. Still, powerful piece from this folder. Link to comment

ansen_kiss 0 Posted January 2, 2003 I only rated this picture becouse as a portrait it is lacking many of the things a portrait needs to BE a portrait. I would have put this in a "people" catagory. Link to comment
eldho_kuriakose 0 Posted January 4, 2003 WOW. It brings together the loneliness, marginalization, and facelessness of manual laborers better than any image i have seen. 7/7/7/7 Link to comment
choen 0 Posted January 13, 2003 I wonder if Henri Cartier Bresson would've framed this like this, or if his colour pictures would've looked like this at all. Now that I've compared this to the great HCB, I'm going to tell you how I'd have framed this: by offsetting the sack-and-legs on slightly off centre nearer to the lower right corner of the frame. Interesting, anyhow :) Link to comment
