An amazing back lit silhouette on three planes, normally silhouetts are quite flat but here you created an illusion of depth in a stunning way David, the bg and fg act as a natural frame for the figure. Excellent original work. Well done my friend.

Nice composition and mood, I like the brown tone of the first. Interesting BG ,light, and silhouette of the model.

Superb capture. Wonderful profile and feeling. I like the blue better I think - it adds a cold and lonely feeling. Great work.

My dearest friend, both versions are exceptional but i think i favor the yellow one slightly more.

A true work of art and composition, excellent work my friend.

I have no idea why but it reminded me like a scene from 007 :)

Well...I've been "there" David...and your image, either color....does convey the 'feeling'...there is 'color' in your life at these times..but basically your histograms is almost 'non-existant' except for some 'spikes' of emotional distress. There is a difference between being 'alone' and 'lonely'.........lonely is much - much - less colorful than even these images. I congratulate you on your 'insight' and translating it into your 'art form' -- sincerely, Gail

Excellent idea and creation, David. really lovely meshing between left and right and top and bottom. I bisected the image both horizontally and vertically which drove the point home. I think that this is a brilliant creative image - one of your best!

Beautifully created work. It has a 60's/70's psychedic undertone. I prefer the blue version because to me it feels more subdued and eye catching providing for more intriguing contrasts.
