I liked the quality of light and the depth of field in this photo.

I think this whole series would look very good as B&W's Roger ................. Try it and see what you think .............. strong lines and very good composition .

Yes, I agree with Ken. Would look good in B&W... and it's good in color as well... This one is less original than the other one in its composition, but it seems more perfectly adjusted as far as composition and horizon, or even colors are concerned. So, I'd say it's about as good, but the other one has more impact - for me at least -, more mood and strength... whereas this one here is quieter. Both are very good and quite different. Regards.

I like the warm against cold colours - essence of the image for me, so don't agree it's a good candidate for bw, but maybe others' conversions are better'n mine.
