margaret1 0 Posted June 6, 2009 Thank you so much, Alberto. The caterpillars were gifts from my five-year-old granddaughter. From her garden to mine. Link to comment

sky blue 0 Posted June 9, 2009 Oh, what good subjects. I'm going to have to go have a closer look in the garden now. These can be sharpened in post processing and you might also play around a little with your flash while taking these, Margaret. Some fill-flash can really bring out the colors and also help with sharpness. One more suggestion, adjust your settings after each shot and take a few extra shots and you can see what worked best when you upload them to your computer. I like this shot. I looks like those flowers are going to have a short life. I wonder how you say, "Timber!" in caterpillar? ~Sky Link to comment
margaret1 0 Posted June 9, 2009 Sky, someone suggested another photography website. I tried, and it's fun place, but when I want to learn, which is always, this is my home. I cannot tell you how I appreciate you and all the others who help me to do a better job and learn. Truly, thanks so much, Best Link to comment
